I grew up in America unable to speak the language of those around me. So I learned to speak in emotions.
As a first generation Korean-American, visual arts became my first fluency, a way to bridge gaps, tell stories, and connect across boundaries where words fell short. That foundation shapes everything I do now. Whether I'm working with Holocaust survivors, museum curators, or AI learners, I'm still doing the same thing: finding the visual language that makes meaning clear.
I believe complexity shouldn't feel overwhelming. The best stories are simple. The best designs are invisible. The best communication makes you feel something before you understand something.
I am Boston-based and work with cultural institutions, universities, and creators who are sincere in their storytelling. If you need someone who thinks in images and understands that visual clarity is a form of respect, let's create something together.
